Important dates for the May 15, 2018 General Primary:

  • April 16- Last day to register, change your party, your address, or your name before the general election.
  • May 8- Last day to apply for a civilian absentee ballot.
  • May 11- Last day for your County Board of Elections to receive voted civilian absentee ballots.

Register to Vote

PA Voters-Now you can REGISTER ONLINE to vote (with PennDOT driver's license or non-driver ID). Go to: register to vote website

Other Ways to register to vote

  • If you don't have a PennDOT driver's license or non-driver ID, go online to Print, fill in, sign, and mail a registration form to the Union County Elections Office (155 N. 15th St.,Lewisburg,PA 17837).
  • Pick up a voter registration form at the Union County Elections Office or at your local post office.

Polls are open from 7 AM until 8 PM. Be a voter, but most of all, but an informed voter!

The hard copy edition of the 2017 Fall Voters Guide will be available at businesses, libraries, and post offices throughout Union County approximately 10 days prior to the election date of November 7, 2017.

Pages 1-4 contain information about PA Judicial Candidates; Pages 6-16 contain information about candidates for Union County offices, and PAGE 15 contains information about a proposed AMENDMENT TO THE CONSTITUTION OF PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING THE HOMESTEAD PROPERTY TAX ASSESSMENT EXCLUSION. This information should be read before you go into the voting booth on Nov. 7. Also, the sponsors of this Guide are listed on page 5. The League is grateful to these sponsors for their support of this project to inform and educate voters.
